Air Control Valve Calibration

Every valve we work with in our projects is characterised on a factory airflow station to meet the project’s requirement for accuracy of ± 5% of reading. The measurement of airflow (Litres/second) is based on calibrated position data rather than measuring airflow directly with thermal dispersion, pitot tubes or vortex shedding devices.

Precision Control For Critical Room Pressurisation And Directional Airflow

Onsite effort is reduced for the test and balance (TAB) technician due to the factory characterisation process thus avoiding the need for running fans temporarily during the final stages of construction.

Owners benefit from low maintenance over the design life of the buildings HVAC system. There is no specified maintenance by the manufacturer unlike most other equipment.
