Project Type: Sustainable Laboratories

A multiplexed air quality management system continuously optimises laboratory ventilation rates. The system provides robust data collection to the building management system (BMS) and cloud-based platforms.
Many laboratories can be managed safely down to just two (2) air changes per hour for majority of the time. Airflow rates are continuously scanned and rebalanced room-by-room for greatest efficiency and effectiveness.

Most of the time air quality will be clean and safe. However there will be a need at certain times to automatically increase airflow and purge the lab space of contaminants.
